Our Price Beat Guarantee applies to genuine, written competitor quotes for a like-for-like kitchen.
To qualify, the competitor quote must include the same or equivalent kitchen design, dimensions, cabinetry, materials, finishes, benchtops, hardware, accessories and inclusions as quoted by Hawkesbury Kitchens.
The competitor quote must be current, valid and supplied by a legitimate kitchen business. Hawkesbury Kitchens reserves the right to verify the quote and confirm that all products, materials, specifications and inclusions are comparable before applying the Price Beat Guarantee.
Quotes involving different materials, specifications, quality, quantities, installation requirements or exclusions may not qualify.
The Price Beat Guarantee applies to the total comparable kitchen package and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Hawkesbury Kitchens reserves the right to decline a price beat where the competing quotation is not considered genuinely like-for-like.
10 Year Warranty
The advertised 10 Year Warranty is subject to Hawkesbury Kitchens’ warranty terms, product specifications and applicable manufacturer warranties.
The warranty applies to eligible kitchen cabinetry and components against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Different products and components may carry different warranty periods depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
Hardware such as hinges and drawer runners, benchtops, doors, panels and appliances may be covered separately under the relevant manufacturer’s warranty and are subject to that manufacturer’s individual terms, conditions and warranty periods.
Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, scratches, impact damage, fading or discolouration, excessive heat or sunlight exposure, or water/moisture damage caused by leaks, flooding, unsealed joins or failure to promptly address water ingress.
The warranty may also be affected where products have been altered, repaired or modified by a third party without prior approval from Hawkesbury Kitchens.
